These Terms of Conditions of Sale & Use apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Sale and Use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and of Conditions of Sales and Use in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you. If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. You will have the chance to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you submit your order (by clicking the Checkout Order button on our site).
After placing your order we will send the same details to you in an e-mail (our initial e-mail). We will then send a second email when we begin to process your order. Please note that these initial e-mails are acknowledgements, not acceptance of your order. When you visit ClockStop.co.uk or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
Acceptance of your order and the creation of a legally binding contract between us will only occur when we send you a third e-mail, which will contain details of how we will deliver your products to you. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case our third email will inform you.
We will contact you if your credit card details cannot be authorised for any reason and may invite you to pay by another method.
Goods can only be supplied to customers based in the mainland UK. All products are priced in UK pounds sterling and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate. Prices shown include delivery to UK mainland addresses.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If an item becomes unavailable we may offer you an alternative.
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, errors and omissions can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will inform you. This will give you the choice to continue with your order or cancel it.
Payment can be made by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or cheque. Delivery must be to the address at which your credit card is registered, which must be in mainland United Kingdom (this excludes the Channel Islands).
All deliveries must be signed for, please ensure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified above. However the delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will of course inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
You can cancel your Oregon Scientific, Starck or Ferrari purchase at any time either before or up to 7 business days after delivery by emailing us with all details of your order or write to us at Rowtex Limited, Manor Farm, 124 Manor Road North, Thames Ditton, Surrey KT7 0BH. We will arrange for the item to be collected from its original delivery address and you will receive a full refund. Your product must be complete, unused and in - as new - condition. It should be returned in its original box complete with all accessories and packaging. We will, for Hermle clock products which are produced in Germany against specific orders under certain circumstances accept Hermle product back, if not required, but there will be a 33% re-stocking charge deducted from the total original price paid.
All products sold by Rowtex Limited are covered by a 12 month guarantee. This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
This ClockStop.co.uk website and our suppliers own the copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and content shown, which you may use, download, copy, publish or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
You must not create any links to this website without our express consent.
Rowtex Limited do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions without written consent from the company |
